Who can volunteer?
Anyone can volunteer! You do not have to be a consignor. See the Volunteer page for details and shift sign up. Remember, your hubbies make GREAT volunteers too! He can work while YOU shop!
May I bring my child/children with me while I volunteer?
We do not allow children to come during your volunteer shift so you will need to make other arrangements. Get creative! You can watch your friend’s children while she volunteers and she can watch your children while you volunteer, then you shop together!
Can I volunteer if I am pregnant?
Yes. We have many light tasks that do not require any strenuous activity. Many tasks, such as check-out assistance, can be done sitting down. We will work to accommodate any special needs or health care conditions ~ just let us know!
What if I need to cancel my shift?
You may cancel up to 14 days in advance with no penalty. Otherwise, we ask that you find a replacement for your shift. If you attend the Presale and then you do not show up for your volunteer shift, you will be unable to attend the Presale at the next seasonal sale.
